Board committees have been formed for Project Design, Fundraising, Community Outreach, and Public Relations. The Design Committee has overseen creation of all design elements and architectural drawings. The Outreach Committee is responsible for assuring that the plans for Ely Park are presented to and supported by its various stakeholders: municipal government, the Lambertville Planning Board and Recreation Commission, school officials, volunteer firefighters, sports teams, neighbors, etc. Finally, the Marketing committee is responsible for generating public and media interest in Ely Park. Finally, a Programming Committee will be formed to address enhanced uses for Ely Memorial Park in light of the new spaces created and the improvement of existing spaces.
